Delivery Information

Royal Mail First Class post is available for orders within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands.  Also includes despatch to the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.  Delivery for Mainland UK is next day around 90% of the time, but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.  Customers should allow up to a week for receipt of a Royal Mail despatch.

Royal Mail delivery starts from £1 for a laminated certificate & £3.95 for a framed A4 certificate.

DAYBORN personalised gift products can be despatched to most destinations in the world including USA, Australia, and Republic of Ireland.  Royal Mail Airmail is used as standard, and consignments may be split so each weighs less than 2Kg to reduce delivery charge.  Safety glass is always used for overseas despatch.  Customers should be aware that, depending on location delivery will take longer.  Around 2 weeks for USA, around a week of Ireland.

City Link courier is available for orders within mainland United Kingdom, including Isle of Wight,  Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands are included, but a £15 supplement is charged.  This service offers a NEXT WORKING DAY delivery, if paid order is received by 2pm.  Albeit some destinations outside mainland UK & Isle of Wight, or extenuating circumstances may take a little longer.

City Link delivery prices start from £6.50 for a framed A4 certificate; up to ten only costs £9.95.

Parcel Force is generally a more expensive and slower option than City Link, taking around 3 to 5 working days.  Available for delivery throughout the UK, the service is particularly useful for despatch to Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands without extra charge, otherwise City Link courier is recommended.  Special prices apply for the Channel Islands, but these are generally cheaper than City Link.
