Due to the adverse weather conditions in the United Kingdom deliveries have been severely delayed. Most of the week ending 9th January 2010 the United Kingdom was in the grip of snow and freezing conditions. This nationwide delay to deliveries whether by Royal Mail or courier is regretted. City Link courier despatches have been running since last Thursday, but Royal Mail remains severly disrupted. Customers are advised that the rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) has now been increased to 17.5% in accordance with a change and timing instigated by the UK government.
